Yes. Our team can take the lead on a project we are not building, appointing and managing the specialists it needs, from design to surveys and studies, and bringing our own judgement to cost, programme and approvals, so you have one accountable party from the first study to the final decision.

Yes. Aeyliya has committed its own equity to Aeyliya Heights, so the company has a direct stake in how the building is designed, built and kept. We hold ourselves to the standard we ask of everyone else.
