A message from the founder
I started this company in 2010 with no investors, no debt, and no appetite for shortcuts.
Since then, I have built for others - housing authorities, defence institutions, the Government of Pakistan - clients who inspect everything and forgive nothing. They kept coming back. That is the only marketing I have ever done.
Aeyliya Heights is the first building to carry my own name and I chose this land deliberately and invested in it with my own capital, before inviting anyone else in, because I will not ask for your confidence on terms I was unwilling to accept myself.
This is not a promise. It is a record, an address, and a building I intend to walk past every day for the rest of my life.

Shahzaib is responsible for structuring the capital and investor framework for Aeyliya Heights, the company's flagship building. He also writes the investor materials and works with the architect, designer, and the marketing and web team. He is also Project Controls Lead for the firm's infrastructure work whilst operating as the first point of contact for anyone considering Aeyliya Heights.
